The Reputation Institute works with some of the world’s biggest brands and companies to increase their reliability based on target audience perception data.

Analyzes are compiled each year with RepTrak® technology, which analyzes both industry-level and competitors and industry-related information as a whole.

Every year, the Global RepTrak survey is conducted between December and January. In the world’s fifteen largest economies (in alphabetical order) tens of thousands of responses from public consumers are collected and tabulated: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, South Korea, Spain, the UK and the USA .

This year, 153 global companies with an annual turnover of at least $ 2 billion were included in the survey. Using a scale from zero to 100, RepTrak measures a company’s reputation with its customers and the general public using seven factors: products and services, innovation, business, governance, citizenship, leadership and financial performance.
